Martin van Heerde — International Sales Manager at Johannus Organs and a 20-year Johannus veteran from the Conservatory of Zwolle — visited Bangalore as part of his India Tour 2026. He led a hands-on workshop for FSG students on the Johannus Ecclesia T-270 at St. John's Church, walked them through pipe-organ physics using actual pipes, then conducted the closing concert with the Fingersmith Collective and St. John's Church Choir. One-on-one bench sessions followed.

Jan Borgesson visited Bangalore to perform in concert with The Bangalore Men and Capella Bangalore choirs, alongside organ solo concerts of his own. Hosted by St. John's Church, he ran a workshop on the Johannus organ at the church where participants reviewed their pieces and received personal feedback from Jan. FSG organ students who attended went on to score distinctions in their ABRSM practical organ grade exams.

Maria Forström visited Bangalore to rehearse and perform in Dido and Aeneas, produced by The Bangalore Men and Capella Bangalore at the Bangalore International Centre. A sought-after visiting mentor at Christ College Music Department, Bangalore School of Music and other music hubs in the city, Maria gave The Fingersmith Collective an exclusive workshop on vocal technique, ensemble blend and the discipline of choral singing at a high level.

Isabella Radcliffe was in Bangalore for her second visit as a mentor with the city's choral community. The Fingersmith Collective had an exclusive private workshop with her — Italian classical singing technique, breath support, repertoire coaching and performance delivery.

Nise Meruno — pianist from Nagaland and one of India's noted musicians from the Northeast — visited Bangalore to lead a piano workshop for FSG students, focusing on expression, touch and musical phrasing.

Anubrato Ghatak — violinist from Kolkata — visited Bangalore to lead an exclusive violin masterclass for FSG students, covering technique, intonation and how to choose repertoire that suits your instrument.

Becky Colaco visited Bangalore to lead a piano workshop for FSG students — repertoire, sight reading, the exam mindset, and the evolution of the piano through the centuries.
